Is Mt Waverley Culture school actually that good?

Im tossing up between staying at box hill campus at New Chinese Language and Culture School, or moving to the Mt Waverley campus of XinJinShan for Chinese SL 3/4 next year.
Is it worth moving, i'm really aiming for the 40+ study score...
Also, which are the best teachers to request for at Mt Waverley?
