Minor/elective question

I have a question,

If I want to do a minor in philosophy in Arts then is there no point in choosing philosophy units because it will already be covered in the minor?

If they overlap are they very similar and therefore make it easier ti have a higher GPA?

thanks!

I'm not 100% sure, but based on what I've read - if you're minoring in Philosophy, you could (especially if you're really interested in it) select philosophy electives that aren't covered in the core minor units :)

That being said, with regards to the overlap and philosophy, I'd PM or ask Brenden, as he'd probably be an expert in this field - especially if you aim on going to Monash :)

Best of luck!
