Round 2 offers confusion!

So in my first preference I have biomed at monash and second preference I have science at melbourne. If I don't receive a biomed offer in round 2 will I get the science offer in round 2? (my atar is above the clearly in for science)

Yes, assuming that second round offers are given out for UoM Science (and they basically always are). If you're accepted into Biomed at Monash it will prevent you from getting into Science, however.
