BMS1031 question?

Could someone help me with this question I don't even know which formula to use  :-\

The upper arm is vertical and the forearm horizontal. In a simple model, the centre of mass of the forearm is 0.16 m from the elbow, and the forearm's mass is 2.1 kg. Take the elbow as the axis and use g = 9.8 N/kg.
The tendon from the biceps muscle acts at a distance L* 0.05 m from the elbow. What force must be exerted by this tendon on the forearm, in units of N? Give your answer to 3 significant figures.

* This distance is the perpendicular distance to the line of action of the force.
