Intense Study Music:
Classical:
Beethoven Moonlight Sonata 3rd Movement (Original)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zucBfXpCA6s

(Can't remember the names lol, and some of them were mentioned before)

New-age-ish
Beethoven Moonlight Sonata 3rd Movement (Remixed)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHrEWK7eAak
Strength of 1000 Men
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwJj2EpC8vg
Cytus- DRG (Cytus songs are a bit messy, so be warned)

Reflective/Sad/Dark: (Great for after you failed something?)
Classical-ish:
Chopin pieces are great (both Nocturnes)
Beethoven "Kreutzer"
Vivaldi four seasons?
Kreisler, Fritz Prelude
Song from a secret garden
One Summer's day
Ice- L (Cytus) or any other cytus songs
Lux Aeterna- Requiem

haha study music hahaha

I admire all of you humans who have the ability to study with music- it would definitely make the process a lot more enjoyable.
I study in a closed door room with Zero Noise  :o

In my HSC I went through a massive Woodkid craze, fantastic artist!  ;D though I could never listen to music while doing intensive study, and if I'm sort of just chill studying, I usually prefer to pop on a good Podcast or Youtube video  ;D

This is too deep lol. Great music but I'd be studying then I'd be sidetracked by his course voice and mesmerising violins :P

I've heard baroque is very useful when studying and helps your concentration?

I try to use classical (such as Ode to Joy)
But if it's really mundane 100% use 80's rock  8)

I've read this too! I believe the thinking is that the slower tempo is better, I know music with less BPM (Beats Per Minute) is generally better for concentration compared to something like this!

Nothing better than some Eye of the Tiger for some motivation  ;)

Does studying in a quiet area without any music help?

It is almost definitely better than listening to music, you'll be able to concentrate more for sure! But if you are like me, unless I am doing a past paper, I like to have a little something on in the background to keep me entertained  ;)
