Hey,
I'm currently not doing History Revolutions 1/2 as it clashes with other subjects but was looking to pick up History Revs 3/4 next year, I was wondering if this would be too difficult considering I haven't done any of the 1/2? I've talked to the teacher and he thinks I should be fine considering I did quite well in my Humanities subjects in earlier years, was just wondering what you all thought?

History 3/4 has nothing to do with History 1/2.

In revolutions you will study two revolutions out 4 (China, Russia, America, France). Those revolutions have nothing to do with 1/2.

In terms of information, Revs and Twentieth Century history are completely separate courses.

The only thing is that in year 11 you will probably learn how to structure the kind of responses which will be required for Revs. However, if you a good writer this will likely not be too much of an issue.

Since you talked to the teacher and it's fine, you probably don't have to much to worry about. In terms of difficulty, it has a lot of content, but if you enjoy it then you will find it better.

Also, It's a great subject!!
