For ext 1, on the raw marks database website, the raw marks are out of 100, but the exam is only out of 70, so how do we calculate it out of 100?
Obviously the mark was converted from a mark out of 70 to a mark out of 100

E.g. Clearly 42 out of 70 converts to 60 out of 100.

For a more generalised solution, we can input a raw mark of X as

Where S is your scaled mark.

You should see me with motivation levels.

Anyway, there's a fine line between being being a slacker, and just being not bothered because you actually already know everything. Day before physics I didn't do any study altogether; I just sat there, helped my classmates and said "yep". So it may or may not be a good thing that you're not revising for it.

Bring yourself to do some lightweighted studying. Only go over little things that you used to struggle on. Basically concrete everything you know.

And then just take it easy if you do think you're that prepared. You'll probably come out of the exam wishing you had studied today but big deal.

I am completely with you on that! My mum surprised me yesterday by getting me two rabbits (because i've been asking for years to get one and now I got two instead! even better LOL). I was so excited and spent all of yesterday afternoon and this morning doing nothing but hanging out and playing with them. I still struggle with motivation but what works for me (and may not for everyone) is actually to scare myself into studying. When I am feeling particularly over it all, I just remind myself that i have an exam and then start thinking of all the worst possible scenarios which literally makes me stress and instantly want to study.
If stress doesn't work (as it doesn't for many people), set yourself with a reward. Tell yourself that after studying for an hour you can then watch an episode of your fave tv show (only one!) or if you learn one topic then you can eat the chocolate in your fridge that has been calling your name. You can also find ways to make studying fun. I always turn my studying material into a game which i can play on my own or with friends.
Hope this helps a little...

Thanks Ace and Melodii
I'll definitely try my hand at trying to at least be motivated. See you all on the other side.

I wish there was a hands up emoji on this thing. Organise things or have a long shower or take a nap. Do things you can justify doing because they need to be done :P ;D

Or maybe just do some practice multiple choice.

So since we should be memorising out syllabus and knowing it all very well, i was wondering for PDHPE and business studies do we also need to memorise the students learn to section or just the students learn about?

We do syllabus tests for both sides of the syllabus because they generally use the 'learn to' section as a guide to make up the questions. It's good to have an idea about, can never know the syllabus too well...  :P ???

I was like this the entire year - except neither of those subjects :P I just wanted to work my little bum off for SOR, but French was the next day and I struggled with that more, so it needed my TLC. But I definitely privileged studying for SOR.

Never alone!
Although wanting to study for physics? Not something I can relate to :/

Very understandable, I use it to procrastinate chemistry as well.

I think I studied MX2 to procrastinate from studying for physics...
