Thank you all for such a warm welcome! I love the idea of this website and the fact it's all free just astounds me.

Amm... about that, when I say to people around me (who guest lurk these forums) that I'm a member of ATARNotes, guess what's the first thing the ask me?

Do you have to pay for membership? And when I say no, they react like this:  . So if that astounds you, imagine how much would it astound people who just guest lurk these forums and don't sign up?

I feel like everyone who hears about ATARNotes thinks there's a catch, and thinks it's too good to be true. (I once thought this!)

The problem is I didnt even know atarnotes existed until the lectures- someone told me about the lectures and I only found out from there. They didnt know there was a forum either until i told them.

Greater awareness is needed!!

2. What movie do you most passionately hate? Provide justification. (Mandatory) - I don't watch movies often, so I can't say for sure.

3. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your weapon of choice? (Mandatory). - Probably a pistol - although I'd probably end up missing all of my shots.

I should have already attained my degree and be completing a Masters by now but things got in the way so I am in second year instead and completing a Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Wollongong. My subjects this semester are Complex Analysis and Group Theory, Differential Equations, and Applied Mathematical Modelling.

2. What movie do you most passionately hate? Provide justification. (Mandatory)
I don't think I've ever walked away from a movie with a burning hatred towards it, so not sure on this one.

3. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your weapon of choice? (Mandatory).
Any weapon of Maths Destruction.

4. Who do you want to be as a person, what do you want to achieve? (Optional)
As a person, I would like to be benevolent, humble, intellectually sound, and never lose my passion for what I love.
My aim is to become a theoretical mathematician since it sounds so incredibly gangster, and be a total G wherever I go.

5. If you had to summarise your life in a paragraph, what would you say? (Optional).
Maths is lyf.

I'd have to agree with the Barbie movies... my youngest sister (who's nearly 4) absolutely loves them!

Not quite my first post, but it's nice to meet everyone

1. What year level are you in right now, and what are your subjects? (Mandatory)
Hmm...year 11, although, since prelims are literally now, that's up for debate. I plan to do 3U Maths, Advanced English, Physics, Japanese Continuers and Ext., and Visual Arts.

2. What movie do you most passionately hate? Provide justification. (Mandatory)
Ooh. I don't have one in mind although I do mildly detest it when movies happen to fall under every cliche of cinematic history. Then again, I can't really talk when it comes to cheesiness.

3. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your weapon of choice? (Mandatory).
Psh, I wouldn't survive a zombie apocalypse. Although...realistically I'd probably punch a zombie then slice them up with a kitchen knife, but since I can choose...gatling gun. Granted that I have an unlimited supply of bullets, of course. Then again, I'd inevitably die regardless.

4. Who do you want to be as a person, what do you want to achieve? (Optional)
Not sure. Just want to find a place in this world and help people along the way. I'd like to create things for a living though.

A clueless wanderer who thought she was brave enough to hop off the merry-go-round and ride the rollercoaster of drama, teen angst and procrastination.  *jazz hands*
