Physics is done!

What did you think? Hard? Easy? Are you the next Einstein? ;)

PLEASE don't write the exam questions here - they are under security until week 5 for illness and misadventure students.

I thought it was pretty basic (except maybe a couple of the mc)...

I've just seen the Physics Trial for the first time, that multiple choice was brutal! Definitely quite a difficult paper overall :)

Hi Jamon, just wondering what mark you got for your Physics trial paper, and if you sat the CSSA one?
Also did you just do past papers for physics until the HSC, or was there something else that you did that really helped you in the lead up to the final exam?

All the past papers back to 2006 or something (because I had Excel Success One), plus some of the 2001-2003 questions.

Notes were available, but they were not my primary source of study. But I did have luxury in having others mark my paper as well, and vice versa

I did sit the CSSA Trial, don't have the paper on me but I think it was in the 80's? Disclaimer: This years CSSA was much harder than mine, so don't feel discouraged if your mark is lower than what you were aiming for!

And yes, lots of past papers! I had a great set of notes which helped consolidate trouble areas, but lots of practice papers, and lots of brainstorms on syllabus dot points! Just listing what I know for each dot point, then comparing to notes, was a good exercise ;D

I did okay? However my cohort made the paper seem pretty easy (someone got 19/20 for MC and the highest mark was a 90/100).
2015 HSC: Business Studies

2016 HSC: English Advanced  l  Mathematics  l Mathematics Extension 1  l  Economics  l  Physics

Damn!! Strong performance on a hard paper there, I hope you are happy with your own results too! :)
