how should i perform at end of year to obtain a study score of 38?

well i got a B+ for the mid year exams and when i got my statement of marks i was like 4 marks off an A
so what should i be aiming for to get like say 38 for my study score?thanks

2009
ESL                  - 43+
Accounting        - 38+
Math Methods    - 34+
Physics             - 20+
Specialist           - 20+

hopefully enter of 95.20 and above
