Company papers are usually quite expensive so best to see if your school has any that they've bought or source from your friends (usually people have folders full of them lying around on a Google drive/usb/etc)
I did bio last year, for me i rank the papers in this order:
VCAA (duh) > STAV / Neap > Lisachem / Insight
- Kilbaha = too hard and often beyond the scope of the VCE study design
- TSSM, TSFX, Engage = relatively easy (or just have really bad questions)
Can't remember which Lisachem or Neap paper it was, but some of their questions were relatively similar to what showed up on the exam last year which was a pleasant surprise for me.
STAV have nice diagrammatic questions and slightly more difficult SA questions which provide a good challenge and I'd say generally equates to the more difficult VCAA questions.
^^all my opinions so please take it with a grain of salt
