does that mean someone who got like
30 in english, and then 50s on 4 subjects.
(so very, very high if english is not included)
could get the award since english would be a sixth subject?!?!?!
I don't know how it works but I'm pretty sure your ENTER doesn't really matter (well yeah as long as you get a 99+ ENTER). At my school basically all the 99.95 people are nominated to get the prize and they all do get it.
PhD @ MIT (Economics).

Interested in asset pricing, econometrics, and social choice theory.

Are these awarded yearly? Where are they presented?

Yep, yearly. They aren't really presented anywhere. Mine was awarded to me by my local M.P at a small thing with the other few winners from my district. I didn't actually go though so they just mailed me my certificate. The rest was just done on online forms. No jumbo oversized novelty cheques or anything; damn.

I still haven't even gotten my certificate -_- although I got the money :P
