99.94 Atars aren't given out, so no that wouldn't be our criteria. The team at Atar Notes are made up of individuals passionate about the dissemination of knowledge, and particularly care about increasing access to educational resources for free. Our marks all vary, but our drive is the same; to help students in every way we can, without asking their parents for thousands of dollars.

I think we've resolved this question - closing it now to avoid any further off topic chat.

Does this message qualify as off topic chat?

No but seriously, before we stop the conversation so suddenly, I do want to emphasise to anyone who reads this that ATAR Notes isn't about getting a 99.95 ATAR or a state rank or whatever. It's about working hard to meet your goals, and giving everyone the opportunity to do the same. When we bring new people on board the lecturing team, the marks are important for obvious reasons, clearly you need to know your stuff. But they aren't as important being someone who is passionate about the accessibility of education, passionate about their subject matter, and keen to work hard to help the students who attend their lectures. Marks are important to a point, but thereafter secondary to the other qualities that are far more important for educators. Approachability, empathy, drive, the ability to explain things clearly, and (I use the word a lot because it is so important) passion :)
