For question 1B, I essentially negated the "key element" part lol and talked about basic operations. However, my explanation still had some degree of element talk but I wasn't direct, may this have been sufficient?

For example, i talked about how manufacturing organisations create tangible products (essentially just used the word "product" instead of "output". whilst services create intangible "products" - same thing.

Again, I said a manufacturing organisation has its goods and services produced at a factory and then distributed to retailers. Whilst service organisations have its good and services produced and consumed simulteneously (i.e Qantas produce and consume the flight process for employees at the same time)

Allthough indirect and purely luck, would this explanation be okay for at least a 2/4?

Thank you.

No, i think you'd be able to get full marks.

So for one element: would be outputs. You distinguished by saying one output is intangible vs one is tangible. That should be 2/2.
Transformation you did how they create the good - ones in a factory - ones not. That would be enough i would think, anyone feel free to leave their thoughts would be good!

Although, im not too sure. I did inputs and outputs, and defined both terms before i talked about how they're different/similar, then gave an example of each.

Did you say if you were doing inputs/transformation or outputs in the answer?

I didn't quote inputs, outputs or processes at all. I essentially just described them as "product" for the first tangible output part, and then actually described the process of the factory and distribution but didn't actually say process - I don't think.

I'm sure you'll still get the marks, the examiners will pick it up. I'm not really sure how they mark it, who knows if marks are allocated for stating if its an input. I doubt it. it was a 4 mark question where they wanted like 6 things (2 elements, 2 distinguish, 2 examples). I think they'll pick it up. at least 3/4 even 4/4 for me tbh
