Fml dropped like atleast 12-15 marks to careless mistakes... The exam felt/ seemed a lot easier than previous. Rip hopes.....

For 33/40 for exam 1. What would I need for a 38 in exam 2. Assuming high A's for sacss

Maybe around a low A+? Again a low A+ fluctuates every year in terms of the actual score. But aim for around 85% just to be safe.
2017 ATAR: 99.20

How are the grades calculated? i.e. How does VCAA decide what mark an A+ or a B will be? And how is this related to study scores?

I think 9% of the scores need to be of an A+

Sorry for adding to the several predictions,
But with a 30/40 on Exam 1, what Exam 2 mark would I need for a 35/6??
Or say if i get 64/80 on Exam 2 what study score would that correlate to?
My SAC average is 75%.

64/80 could be low-mid A+ though. I don't see the blasphemy in his prediction..
