i'm feeling the 10 marker is going to be something to do with juries or a comparison between Australia and another countries protection of rights

and the 8-marker comparison between VCAT and courts

of course have no idea tho  :P

Yeah, I'm also feeling that there may be a comparison this year between VCAT and courts, Australia and another country or inquisitorial/adversary.

I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.... :)
