How did you go? The final essay mark I got was a bit lower than I was expecting :/. Dunno if they marked it harshly or not.

Based on my WAM calculation, I scored 96.

My result hasn't been released?

Yeah WAM updated, so I'm basing it off of that! :)

With a smug smile which could be inferred as a brag.
No need for it imo.

That wasn't a smug smile; I was genuinely trying to be polite. I don't think telling you my WAM changing qualifies as bragging.

Either stats or GTLA is out, that's whole lot earlier than expected. Hope it's stats...

Edit: It's stats.

woo all 4 results are now visible! So I'll start us off this semester. Results are technically subject to change until the 2nd of course:

86 H1 in COMP30022   IT Project
89 H1 in MAST30012   Discrete Mathematics
91 H1 in MAST30028   Numerical and Symbolic Mathematics
89 H1 in MULT20011   Communicating Science and Technology

IT Project legitimately took up all of my time this semester save cramming lectures to do assignments for the other subjects. In a 100%-project-based subject, I am happy with the result, but I wish It hadn't taken so much time away from the other subjects!
In Discrete Maths and Numerical and Symbolic Maths I was going well but stuffed up the final exams and dropped more marks than I should have. Not terrible scores in the end but could have done a bit better. Oh well!
And Communicating Science and Technology... This subject was the biggest threat to my WAM and H1 streak that I have ever faced, so I am over the moon with the score!

Lowest semester of results for my whole degree... but my WAM managed to hang on just above 93 and so that's the average that I'll graduate with next month, and I'm super happy with that! #BSciClassOf2016

Failed models of computation :(

Anyone here have any experience with failing a core subject? Do I need to attend a meeting with someone?
