Commerce/Computer Science vs Commerce/Biomedicine

Having a tough decision between choosing one of the following double degrees, so would be really appreciated if anyone gave me information on what they are like. Bare in mind that I have little to no experience in IT from high school but I did do Biology and Chemistry.

My main questions are: What type of jobs do both degrees offer? Which degree would offer more jobs? What are the actual courses like?
