Access Melbourne seas

i have applied for access melbourne through seas catergory 7 (under-rep schools). all i had to do was tell them which school i go to and that was it. isnt there something else that i need to do (like a statement) as a requirement of my application? i looked through the seas booklet and it says that UOM doesnt have any extra requirements (evidence) for applying under category 7. but im pretty sure that i do need to provide some sort of documentation for seas because just stating what school you go to sounds too easy.

My careers teacher said that was it, you don't need to write any statement or anything. I'm also still suspicious though...

don't you just fill in the blanks/boxes online if a statement IS required via VTAC?
