1. Do you have any tricks dealing with legal studies as it is a lot of content, and is there anything specific you must remember?
2. What is the best way to tackle short answers and creative writing effectively
Lastly, Well Done

1. Keep up to date with your study notes, I repeat
KEEP UP TO DATE. Do not leave them until the end of term. You will hate yourself and not have any holidays. Also, keep your eye on the news. There is always new cases that you can integrate into your essays. For example, I talked about the controversy surrounding the juvenile justice system/ centres in my HSC. At the start of the year, I wouldn't have had any idea that this issue existed!
2. Practice short answers LOTS for half yearlies, then you'll never have to touch them again. I worked out how to nail them by half yearlies, so by HSC I was answering them all within 20 mins. Figure out what a question needs, and write no more than it requires. This comes down to knowing your Glossary of Terms well (
http://boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/syllabus_hsc/glossary_keywords.html) and handing in practice responses to your teacher. As for creative, I wrote learnt my piece so I could write it out as fast as possible.
