Preference for the left or right side of the brain?

As part of a course I'm doing at Uni, I had to take a survey on my study techniques according to which side of my brain I preference.

The test is here and free if you're interested. It takes less than 5 minutes.

Apparently I have a moderate preference for the left side of my brain. Study wise, this appears to be true. Studying makes me anxious if it isn't meticulously planned and I'm quite systematic in my approach to study. My interests, however, are hardly systematic and logical as I'm drawn to art, literature, and society. The test doesn't comment on this though.

If anyone has the time to take the test, or has already taken a similar test, I'm keen to know if you think it nails your study type as well as it did for me?

I got a "slight preference for the right dominance (bilateral)". It makes a lot of sense to me, being 'slightly to the right'. I tend to do a heap of 'what ifs' during when I study to the point where it becomes almost unproductive and obsessive. But at the same time, I'm quite *ordered* when I need to be. I'm not extremely spontaneous when I study, I usually outline a couple of things I need to complete before I start. But when I execute what I plan to do, time usually seems to never be on my side. I sometimes get a little ambitious and go overboard, which I don't usually regret unless it's the day before a SAC or exam or something lol.

I scored a moderate preference to the left. It's mostly true in terms of organised studying and whatnot, but I do value creativity greatly (the two qualities I value most: curiosity then creativity), and tend to go "beyond the task". I do tend to focus more on the overall picture than the facts though (like, I want to learn how this concept relates to everything, not just that A causes B). I am more risk-taking than cautious though ("yeah man, I can totally jump that").

It seems mostly accurate to my studying, but not to me outside of that. The exception being that I am more introverted than extroverted.

I was surprised by my results for the same reason. But, I do like to incorporate visuals into my work where possible so I guess that despite the structured study approach, that creativity sneaks on in anyway!
