Seconded. If you didn't get an interview - do not lose hope. There are second-round interview offers as well!
Now, it's a whole new realm of anxiety we're entering!
guys - REMEMBER TO CONFIRM THAT YOU'RE GOING TO THE INTERVIEW.
Also, do you guys have any idea how to answer the question: 'Why SHOULD you come here?' as in - why should we pick you over other people? Because I hate that question - I don't like saying I'm better than others. Any ideas?

Did you contact the school? Last year, some people had issues with hotmail, so they didn't see their interview offers.
If this isn't the case, have faith that you'll have a chance in the second round.

I'm pretty sure that there's only second round offers for the actual school offers, not the interview offers.

Yeah I think so as well, but I'm not certain.
If people decline their offers, then some spots open up. Though, I'm not sure how likely it will be for this to happen.

This isn't a question that you can just simply ask Google. This kind of question is something you have to think about and decide for yourself.
Why do you want to come to JMSS?
What to you hope to accomplish there?
What do you hope to get from it?
What is something you find unique about yourself?
What are you most proud of?
What can you see yourself doing in the future?

These are some questions that could help answer the question, "Why do you stand out from the rest?"

Noooo!!!  If nothing comes - don't give yourself too hard a time. This does not define your intelligence.

I think it's around 900 people that apply? (Estimating according from previous years) And around 50% get into the interviews

about 1500 applied my year, and i would say around 30% get interviews. It may change every year though.

Don't worry. I'm gonna say this: JMSS is missing out. Now, I haven't met you, but just the fact that you came to the forum shows your devotion, and that is something that they should be looking for in the school, and the fact that the email didn't come is just them missing out on you and the great experiences you could've brought.
