hey guys, first post, can i get some ideas for a unit 4 prac SAC? topics preferably about motion but open to other ideas, thanks in advance

Hi, here a few ideas that have been discussed at my school:

• Sling-Shot
• Bottle Rocket
• A Ball Rolling Down a Ramp
• Rail-Gun (might want to ask your teacher first)
• Ping-Pong Air Cannon (ask about this one too)
• Package for a an Egg Being Dropped off a Building
• Parachute

Some more ideas for your practical investigation:
- Pendulum velocity (calculating how mass of the bob and the length of string can affects it's max velocity (so when the bob is the at bottom of its swing)).
- Momentum and impulse relation (comparing the force of impact when a ball is thrown at a wall, and then a cloth at the same speed)
- Max height of a projectile (releasing varied masses at the same angle and force at the same height to determine a relationship between mass and potential energy)
