Do we know where in Carlton Gardens we are meeting?
If we do and have a time, I can quickly draft a map and list some common routes to get there...

No guarantees, it'll be good but it will be done :D. I hope.. maybe...

I will most likely be going :)
I'll probably have tutoring on that day 4-5:30 so depending on the time I may be absent for some of it. Hyped though :D

Sounds interesting!!!!

Would love to meet the people who actually helped me when I wasn't feeling to positive about year 12. I'll see if I can make it [if I'm not feeling the heat of exams- which I probably would cause I'm such a negative person].

Lets hope I can make it!!!  :) looking forward!

You have my upvote, so that comes to a total of 1006+ respect?

Would me going into your account settings and manually adding 1000 to your respect count get us that concert? ;)

Sounds perfect. And hey, while you're at it, edit my post count to '1' so that I can have the best post:respect ratio on the block

edit: I'm scared to post now. I don't wanna ruin this :')

ahahaha first timers.. basically at approximately the meetup time (or twenty five minutes later), four groups of approximately 3-5 people each will somehow bump into each other after aimlessly wondering around the park trying to find other nerdy looking lost people. Once this has been established, the large group will plonk themselves on the grass somewhere. After another fifteen minutes, Brenden will arrive with some people carrying his famous esky. For the next 3-6 hours, this collection will enjoy themselves eating, drinking and chatting, as well as critiquing various food items (ie Clix or someone's homemade brownies) until seven people have to go, then the meeting essentially breaks up  ::) :)

Yoooo!

How it works.

We'll suss out a good spot in the Carlton Gardens to chill in the next week or so, and let y'all know in this thread. That's where we'll meet. I'm happy to wear my bright blue ATAR Notes t-shirt so that we're easy to find; people can also add me on Facebook or call me if they get lost (will give number via PM if you want it).

So, no need to worry about finding people in the first place haha.

Then, it depends a little on weather. If it's nice, we'll chill on the grass. There will be snacks. Somebody will bring a footy, or a frisbee, if you're interested in that. Otherwise, we can just chat, have fun, play cards or literally whatever y'all want to do! :)

It's pretty neat.

If the weather is rainy or whatever, no stress! We're super close to our Tutorial Centre, so we can just go and chill there. The views over the city are amazing; it's actually really sweet when it's raining haha. We can also show you around and chill there if you like, even if it's sunny. :)

As above, happy to wear identifying shirt and provide contact details just in case. :)
