I can't seem to find any media for this case at all, and the only legislation I seem to have is LEPRA and the Evidence Act
Is there something I'm missing or something because I don't have much to write about for this case

Is there a reason you are really keen to use this case if you can't find much on it? Usually you pick ones with lots of stuff readily available and a variety of things to discuss - Is there a particular issue this is covering that makes you reluctant to just try another case? :)

The case involves issues with criminal investigation process and dealing with young offenders
the 2 accused were minors who were denied proper supporting adults and so incriminated themselves --> thus evidence was rejected by the judge
It just seems perfect for the essay plan I was preparing and was just hoping someone else had found some more information hahaha

Ahh cool! Definitely a good example. Well hopefully someone can offer some extra resources, though if you think it vital don't be afraid to include it without any media articles or anything to support - Having just the case is okay if it proves a point by itself ;D
