can some please give me a clear depiction & explaination for Character Motivation, & Character Development.

A clear depiction? Do you mean description? Character Motivation relates to why certain characters act in certain ways. Character Development simply relates to how the characters develop throughout the narrative, whether it be personally, socially, culturally etc. A good way to study this is by looking at the character at the beginning, and then comparing this with how they are depicted at the narratives closure. What changes took place? Why did the character change? What created this change? They are both fairly self-explanatory terms. Sorry i can't help you further.
