Was just curious what "contemporary case study" you are doing for the BM exam? I was planning to do Linfox and talk about its Greenfox program, however this occurred more than 4 years ago :/

my school is doing AusPOST, they have really food CSR examples. Go to the 2017 annual report if you want to do it. it is fairly easy if you still haven't settled on a business.

Ah, nice! After doing a bit of research, I've decided to talk about QANTAS; specifically their 'transformation program' that was initiated in 2014.

Bit of a late response. But particularly for business change I am going to focus on Foxtel. The change is relatively simple ('Foxtel Now' service was reduced in cost and Presto was discontinued) and can easily be adapted to Porter's Generic Strategy, overcoming resistance to change, Lewin's 3-Step Change Model and KPI data.

Ensure that your example is <4 years old, the 'Summary of changes to study design' mandates that contemporary examples and case studies must be drawn from the past four (4) years.
