It's not that hard...
Go and turn notifications on in all the threads you think you may be able to help in, and make them your first point of call when you log on to the forum...

When I hit my first hundred it was a big deal to me, but overtime you grow in posting confidence and you can easily  get more than a hundred in a month.  It's mainly a matter of learning the different subforums you can participate in, and thinking of how you can contribute (including making new threads!)
