It's that time of year again! :o

This is the place to discuss your VCE exams. :) If all goes well, we'll upload a copy of some of the exams, plus some sample solutions! But yeah, this is the place to debrief, to ask questions, to put your mind at ease, to see how other people went, to vent at vague questions, and so on. :)

More generally, please be mindful of and adhere to the forum rules. And when you find a spare minute, get around K888's message to the Class of 2017!

Very genuinely, good luck everybody. :) Can't wait to hear how you go!

Hey guys, as a year 11 student doing two unit 3/4s,
I am just wondering if i should be focusing on in my 1/2s at all. Since my 3/4 exams are nicely spaced (about 10 days in between), should I study both 1/2s and 3/4s? If so, how?
I know 1/2s don’t matter but I still don’t want to ‘fail’ the exams! Thanks in advance! :)

Hey! :)

I mean, 1/2 exams do matter to a degree, but I'd certainly be emphasising the 3/4 revision. When are your 1/2 exams?

Hey! :)

They start this Wednesday, 8/11, while my 3/4 exam is on the Friday.
My plan is to do a practice exam for the 3/4 a day (I’ve done around 15) and review notes for the 1/2s. Methods 1/2 is what I’m really concerned about, its in the next week but there’s so much revision to do :(  while my other 3/4 is the week after and I haven’t really done much for it :(
