Did we seriously have to anaylse the logo of the school for LA?? I completely missed it...

I am not sure that you had to but I did just in case. I feel like the main image was quite simple so it was hard to extract a lot of meaning from it. I just linked it to the idea of excessive waste 'clogging' the bins and eventually the country.

What did everyone else say for the images?

Well that turned out ok. I am not sure about getting a 40 now. I forgot to include the visuals in section C - but I analysed in detail how denise And Louise were trying to get the audience to align themselves with the contention of reducing food packaging. Almost did not realise that there were two pieces. Quickly, albeit in small and crappy writing corrected this. Heres to a 6 or 8/10 if I am lucky for section C.did the first option for All About Eve

Was doing pretty good for L.A but then hit a bit of a wall at Tracks and Into the Wild and Frankenstein. Personally found that all of the practise questions for Frankenstein were aimed in a different direction to the one on the exam.
At least its over

Lmao I might've shit the bed, Medea P1 said '...the crucial conflict is between reason and passion" and I talked about more than one type of conflict.

Not sure how hard you get penalised for this but rip.

Well there are certainly more conflicts in the play besides reason and passion.
These include:
-Men vs Women
-Barbarian vs Civilised

I did this too! I focused a bit too much on the word 'crucial' and kind of took it as them asking whether it was the main conflict that contributed to the tragedy so I explored the patriarchal society and the Gods as well. Hope it doesn't come across as avoiding the prompt :(

I didn't write on it, but you could have discussed mise en scene, costuming, etc

What do you mean?
Were we not meant to talk about different types of conflict?
I spoke about men vs. women and barbarian vs. corinthian values as well
Is this wrong??
What else would you talk about?!

Interesting question.
Here is a quote from the 2015 examiners report about a somewhat similar question:

"The actual topic („Medea is about extremes of human emotion.‟ Discuss.), however, focused closely on the idea of „extremes of human emotions‟. It appeared that some students did not comprehend the significance of the term „extremes‟. Others responded briefly to the essence of the topic but then spent the majority of their response beginning with such phrases as „it is not only about extremes, it is also about...‟ and then proceeded to write about themes they had prepared."

Really, I wouldn't worry about it. I think the word 'crucial' in that prompt gives you some freedom. No point second guessing now; I'm guessing a lot of people are in the same position as you.
