Q9 is just combining the two equations and writing the new equilibrium expression, remembering that solids concentrations are 1 therefor can be excluded from expression.

Q10 i also think the answer is wrong, i would've said the addition of hcl, since even though now the concentration of cl- dissolved is greater the reaction is forced to the left producing a greater amount of AgCl undisolved
