Last year the ATARs were released on Monday and they posted the high achievers list at 12am on Wednesday so tomorrow makes the most sense for this year

No, it’s always released at 12am so probably tomorrow or Tuesday (kinda surprised it’s not today although the fact that it’s Sunday may have interfered in the process)

Herald Sun has the hard copy list but you can look online on The Age (not sure if The Age has hard copy)

From memory it’s actually published in the afternoon of the day it comes out. I think it was 2 or 3 pm last year.
Majorly jet lagged though so 90% chance everything I say is bullshit

Possibly. Most papers get delivered to newsagencies in the early hours of the morning- so they can be delivered to homes/bought early, so there is a possibility that it'll be out later today. :)
