Same as hegihugo, I was just searching for some MHS entry tips and found ATAR Notes.

BUMP! ;D

With so many new users, I'd absolutely LOVE to hear how y'all came across ATAR Notes.

I haven't actually contributed to this thread yet, so, for me:

At some point in Year 11, my Psych teacher mentioned it to my class as something we should sign up to, because there were heaps of great free Psych resources available. I had a look, was initially pissed that I didn't know about it until that point for the Year 12 subject I was doing in Year 11 (hahaha), and ended up making an account early the next year.

As for me, word of mouth. I heard about the lectures from some people in the year level above mine, decided to check it out myself. As a curious person, I noticed the forums and subsequently found myself trapped in a palace of eternal academic pleasure. Lurked for a bit, went to the January lectures and never looked back. :)

How did I find AN?

I feel like I saw the lectures keep coming up on my FB and I signed up at the start of the year when I saw a post saying sign up for VCE tips or something along those lines.

Then I didn’t think much of it until I noticed @poet was using it ALOT. I was originally using AN as a way of communicating with poet and then I realised that I could probably participate in parts of the forum myself.

I was googling articles about HSC, and the articles on here were by far the most useful and interesting, so I signed up for the newsletter. I didn't even really know about the forums until the last month or so! It really is an awesome community!  :D
