Covert and overt norms

I was wondering if Covert and Overt norms are the same as Covert and Overt prestige? when I try and google Covert and Overt norms I find only Convert and Overt prestige comes up, please help me.

Using overt norms creates utilises overt prestige
Using covert norms utilises covert prestige

Norms -> behaviours/expectations
Prestige -> how those are viewed / attitudes
