Corporate culture description help

Hey guys,

I’m struggling to think of words/ways to describe the corporate culture for a business. It would be much appreciated if you can give words or ways to describe the corporate culture of Google, a stereotypical cafe and a regular school.

Thanks

Hey!

So, as you are probably well aware, corporate culture is the shared views and values of a business, that are held by all members/employees of that business. Therefore, corporate culture is simply the atmosphere of the workplace itself. When trying to come up with words to describe the corporate culture of an organisation, such as Google, try thinking of how the atmosphere seems within that business. For Google specifically, I believe they have a very relaxed and open corporate culture; you could dive in with examples about how workers can wear casual clothes, how their office spaces are quite open, modern and quirky etc. Hopefully this will help you answer the rest of your question! :)

I agree 100% with the above post. It's basically exactly what examiners are looking for.
