Do more, 2 is hardly a good indication of your skills. The more you do the more you start to see patterns etc.

Do 10 or so more and do some exam 2's and then come back complaining lol

Doing more wouldn't help you to do better. Do one (the VCAA ones first if you haven't), find your mistakes, work on your weaknesses, then try the paper again. The commercial papers are good for practice and timing once you've finished Checkpoints/VCAA.

my weaknesses cover a wide range. i cannot simplify equations which require double angle formulas to save my life. i have no idea which ones to apply, because i try one and then the answers shows to use another formula. i do lose my temper really quickly, and am on the verge of giving up just because of my dismal results. my parents dont help either, as they just expect me to get high A+ every time, no exceptions. its a fuckin crisis

Asian parents? sounds like mine lol.
Anyway, those trig simplifications are a bitch. It starts off hard but gradually you come to "notice" what formulas you can use. Like if you see a certain thing, think about all the formulas that could be used to either prove that it equals something or to simplify it. If you can see a "similarity" between one of the rules and the answer, try it. If it's wrong, try the other one. If you see it and think "omg what do I do?, I cbf spending 5-10 mins for a 2 mark question", just do it. It'll get faster and more accurate as you encounter more of them. Just solidly cover another 5-10 exam 1 + 2's before the exam and for every question you get wrong, see why you get it wrong. Silly mistake, not understanding the theory etc - go back and read your textbook and if you need to, do a few of the questions. good luck with it :)
