Coherence and cohesion

Just wondering if anyone had a list of all the features of a text that come under 'coherence', and all the features that come under 'cohesion'.
A list of dot points would help heaps, thanks to anyone who can help.
VCE 2008:
Physical Education [50]
VCE 2009:
Business Management [49]
Biology [48]
Further Mathematics [44]
Chemistry [39]
English Language [36]
