NSW forum meetup-July holidays!!

Hey guys,

I saw Bea today and we were both talking about how long it's been since the last AN meet up. I'd love to be able to see everybody and it should be really fun! I've made a poll for everyone to vote on what days your available (I've left lectures out at the moment because people might be busy). If you have any ideas about what to do or where to meet up please comment! Hopefully we can find a date where most people can meet up!!  ;D

Details so far:
MEETUP FRIDAY 13TH. LUNCHTIME. LOCATION TBA. SKYPE CHAT WITH VICTORIA SHALL BE ARRANGED.

I reckon just the DF as usual? Would it be cold though because its winter? Mmhhh. Does anyone else have any other ideas?

Omg yes! I can't wait to meet everyone (especially you Bea! We were supposed to meet at Career Expo ;-;)

Question: What's DF? I tried googling it and it came up with random companies with DF in their names lmao

Seriously though, I need to figure out how to say this to my parents because they hate me going to the city by myself- feels kinda awkward to say 'Hey I'm gonna do a meet up with people I met online- don't worry there's no pedophiles' xD

This is technically a secret until you actually show up to it or unless you dig far enough in old forum posts ;)

It's at the Archibald Fountain in Hyde Park. Really easy to get to!! Theres a really funny story about the DF that we can tell you at the meet up!!   :D

Honestly I had this same exact problem at the first meet up back in September last year. BUTTTTT just be honest and say you're meeting the coolest people ever 8) and would be a shame if you missed out ;)


Would be hilarious if the NSW meetup was on the Friday the 13th. Aren't the Victorians having their meetup on the 13th as well?

Just say you're going to the State Library to study or you're meeting up with friends for lunch lol it works every time

Eventually, you tell your parents about the friends you're meeting, and then they're fine with it hahaha
