Seeing as the Trade Weighted Index (TWI) is not specifically referred to in the current study design - does that mean there can be no direct question on TWI in the exam?

Seeing as the Trade Weighted Index (TWI) is not specifically referred to in the current study design - does that mean there can be no direct question on TWI in the exam?

I wouldn't be too sure.
My Economics teacher told us that >90% of the questions on the exam are predictable, and that the remaining <10% are there to decide who gets the fifty. The <10% questions are out of the book, and are based off random parts of the textbook that only the most dedicated students have read fully.

So I would still be wary going into the exam not expecting to see it.

its much more useful to understand the conceptual framework that underlies a term rather than irrelevant facts... knowledge is not being able to recall facts but rather being able to understand how things work... in uni economics/finance/maths you will not be asked to memorise a derivation (or you'll be told which is free marks =) ) but rather how to use models e.g. ad-as... i never did vce economics but i don't believe they will ask you to quote lines from the textbook but as specified.
