Do you have an interesting quirk?

I probably don't have the most interesting quirk, but when I hear a song being played- whether it be in a shop or a played on a TV ad (or elsewhere), I can usually identify it pretty fast!
Inb4 J41 or Heidi start calling me the human shazam :') Actually... that doesn't have a bad sound to it ahaha :')
My question to y'all- what's your most interesting quirk?

Not sure if this is a quirk but I can tell which pork roll shop my mum bought my pork roll from lmao

I would be really critical over everything:
Type of bread (is wholemeal or white? Do they even offer wholemeal)
Texture of the bread (is it dense or is it crunchy and aerated)
Texture of the butter (is the butter smooth or is it chunky)
Texture of the pâté (again, smooth or chunky)
Amount of pâté in my pork roll
The type of vegetables they put into my pork roll (i.e. thin slices of cucumber or cucumber sticks? How much shredded carrots did they put in? Is there some radish in my pork roll? Did they include lettuce? What other vegetables do they offer in pork roll? What kind of onions do they offer?)
How much soy sauce/salt and pepper they put in my pork roll
What type of pepper they use
How strong is the soy sauce scent (some places use light soy sauce, others don't)
Texture of the three layers of pork (some are fattier than others)

And this is why my first bite into the pork roll matters because I can tell which pork roll shop my pork roll came from lol

I'm highly skilled at creating catchy nicknames, such as "The Human Shazam".

Oxford comma, Garamond, Avett Brothers, Orla Gartland enthusiast.

Not sure if quirk, but I can tell the difference between fresh and old soy sauce (this goes for chilli sauce as well) :P

There's this distinct taste / flavour that I can't quite put my finger to it, but I know it's old.
