Its fairly easy, almost all of the labs are using microsoft excel  to run statistics.

I was terrible at math (got a 25 in methods) and i didn't badly struggle in this unit.

In either case, you are forced to take a math unit (or were, in science). if you're not too good at math, this is the one you should take. Unless you really enjoy math or need it going forward, this would probably be the one i recommend (it'll ease your workload).

The picture i attached is several years old but it'll give you a rough idea of the content.
