is there such thing as doing your vce year 12 studies at RMIT uni

if so
 anyone have details and links?

Yes there is :)

HOWEVER. You must be at least 18 years of age and having been out of full-time schooling for at least one year. If you are under 18 when commencing VCE you must complete Year 11 (Units 1 and 2) prior to undertaking Year 12.
