SEAS Categories... new-born baby?

Hi all,

I am currently applying for SEAS in a different category, but I was also wondering if a newborn child in the household will count in a category as well. My little brother was born early this year and obviously that has been a major change and disrupted my VCE schooling a little bit, especially with study and stuff. Does anyone know if this can apply?

There isn’t a specific category for it but you can put it in category 4 (difficult circumstances). I don’t know if they will accept it, but you may as well try. You just need to write an impact statement (how having a baby around has affected your ability to study) and have a statement of support from someone not related to you.
