Does anyone recall what the probability was for the 'find value of n' question?
its 39. just checked my calculator, its definitely 39

How are people saying yesterdays was harder??????? Did we get different exams???? With the exception of the last question yesterday, today’s one was ten times harder.

How did you write it out on the exam? Did you use calculator notation?

I written something like "this is equal to binomial cdf with lower = 1, upper = n, number trials = n, probability = [whatever it was]". Not quite calculator notation, but in a way that's like "it's pretty obvious this is just using some kind of calculator function with these values". As far as I know, that's allowed, since it's not like I written "binomcdf(n,thing,thing)".

The issue is that I also written "trial and error: insert n = [value], then pr = 0.6 which is <0.99", then a couple more lines to show I got to n = 39 being just above 0.99

1.91m but other people got 1.90 so I'm not sure

for the distance question (3 marks) would i get 1/3 for finding the gradient of the line segment PQ?

I also got 1 square unit lol fairly certain it's wrong though
I'm seeing a lot of people get 1 squared unit for that one, including myself. for the area between g(x) and its inverse I got 1/4 however.

I did the same but I just realized it's wrong as a>0

Did you also say a<3-root(14)? I think you had to exclude that because p(x) has more than 1 turning point with those values.
