BURIAL RITES HELP!!!!

HELP!
I'm planning this essay, but I am finding it really difficult :(

Although death is at the center of Burial Rites, Hannah Kent is still able to show there is value in life. Do you agree?

I was thinking of talking about:
- The value in life that is experienced by characters (Agnes through Margret/Kornsa family etc.)
- The notion that value in life is only appreciated when faced with/catalysed by an imminent/impending death
- The idea that the value of life is proportional to the social class, gender and nature of a person (obeying the patriarchal nature of Iceland and the religious ethos); thus the value of life is not universally applicable, but only to those who fit the mold of the mechanics of Icelandic society.

Any and all help is appreciated!
