Further Math Study Score

Currently in Further I am sitting in rank 1, not dropping a mark (4 100%'s), however, in a pretty weak cohort. Due to this, I was wondering 2 things.
1: As a result of being rank 1, is my study score still impacted by my cohort?
2- What would I need to get on Exam 1 and 2 to ensure I get a 47+ or a 50.

Thank you in advance!

No you are not affected by your cohort as your own exam score will dictate your SAC scores.
It is often said that every mark lost is a study scored lost off 50 until around 45. Hence for a 47 you would want to lose a maximum of 3 marks and for a 50, none. However often people do still get 50 by losing one mark on exam 2. It really comes down to the difficulty of the exam and how the state goes.

Congratulations on your performance throughout the year and good luck for your exams!

You study score can be impacted by your weak cohort, as the chances of someone under you outperforming in the exam is much lower compared to a stronger cohort. Which can improve your sac moderation, hence the overall study score.

Technically this is true but would either be negligible (as long as domjules does well on the exam) or only dependent on the user bombing the exam. If the user can get the highest exam score they won't be negatively impacted for a weak cohort - their study will be solely determined by their own performances.
