Anyone willing to fill out a survey for part of my bio SAC?

I'm doing 1/2 bio right now and our SAC is on an investigation about genetic diseases. Mine is about the differences in opinions over abortion of fetuses with down syndrome vs huntingtons disease. Obviously a sensitive subject lol. I have a survey with some questions about it and I'd really appreciate it if any of you filled it out so I could have some data.
