Hi Guys,

Just a few questions I have. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can reply to it.

- With the 2017 Methods Graded distribution on the VCAA Website, is the Graded Distribution of the Unit 3 and Unit 4 Course Work before or after scailing, since SAC marks for Unit 3 and Unit 4 get scailed up or down depending on how well you do in the final exam?

- For Unit 3, I got 63% in the SAC and for Unit 4, I got 84% in the SAC. My question is what will I need in both Exam 1, which is out of 40 marks and Exam 2, which is out of 80 marks as a percentage and a grade to get Raw 40 in Methods given you need to be in the top 9% to get Raw 40 in a particular subject.

Thanks

The grade distribution shows marks after scaling so that means it shows sac scores after moderation by VCAA. Your SAC scores will go up/down depending on how your cohort goes on the exam and you rank in your cohort (for sacs).

As I don't know your sac rank and cohort strength I would say to get a 40 you would want to be getting at least an A+ on both exams and ideally a few marks above the cutoff.
