Is it true yesterday's exam 1 was similar to nht standard?

I haven't done the nht exams, but a few of my mates were telling me that they had done the nht methods exams and it was similar to yesterday's exam 1 in terms of difficulty?
Can anyone who has done nht exams verify this?

Yes and no. Ours was harder since it had no COMPOSITE FUNCTIONS and LOGARITHMS equations and also no STATISTICAL INFERNCE

I found it harder. The NHT exam was just time consuming whereas in yesterday’s exam you had to make connections between the questions to figure them out.
