question about overlapping subjects in different majors

Hi, so I was thinking about studying psych and behavioural commerce either in a single arts degree (I checked online and even called monash, apparently it's allowed) or in an arts/commerce double degree, but I noticed that quite a few of the subjects overlap. My biggest concern is that they're not even elective subjects, they're required ones. So, I was wondering firstly whether it would even be possible to do these two at the same time? And, so would the overlapping subjects count towards both majors? I believe the Psych 1A and Psych 1B would (the required ones), but there are also electives that overlap so would they also count towards both majors?

These are the psychology subjects and behavioural commerce subjects if anyone wants to have a more in depth look

From conversations in my course the first year units can count to both,  but electives you'd need to do the required amount of points without overlap.  I might be wrong here so don't rely on this
